It's very sweet of you Phyllis but mid week study days always seem to get cancelled through lack of bookings; I have lost count of the number of them I have booked and had cancelled. Now someone suggested I book on external (ie non NCT) study days, and my horizons have opened up. Midirs, the midwives journal, has midweek study days all the time, and they count as a study day for me. I have already booked on two through the midirs web site, plus the Infant nutrition perspective study day in October, a Thursday! so if I go to all of those I have filled my quota. There was one memorable year when the NCT refused to re-register me because I hadn't attended any study days, despite booking several which were cancelled, so I have to be content that at least this shouldn't happen again. It doesn't take away the fact that I keep missing things like conference tho, but it can't be helped. Ruthie
