Guest guest
Ok, so I see conflicting views on infrared saunas- some say they are they greatest thing since sliced bread, other say nay. I really don't have an opinion one way or the other, so if someone can make some sauna recommendations and provide some scientific reasons for choosing one type over another, please do so. Cost, of course, is a factor (isn't it always?) Another thing - is it safe for the little one to be in there with a parent or no good? Thanks, - JB
Guest guest
Normal saunas are fine. IR can be problematic, even dangerous. Andy has written several posts on the topic. Bob is the sauna expert. If you use www.onibasu.com to search autism mercury archives you will find posts from both of them on the topic. There are also posts about saunas in the Adult Metal Chelation archives, it's just a little more time consuming to search those archives. It's possible there is something in the files for links, I forget.
