Guest guest
> TK--- substitution suggestion - Oragnic Coconut oil - I recommend > Coconut Oil Supreme - http://www.coconutoil-online.com/index.html Thanks for the suggestion. I would love to use it, but coconut oil is high in salicylates so it won't work for me. I'm not able to use any other oils due to either salicylates (nut-seed oils) or phenols (olive oil). I am desperate to gain weight, can only eat 4 foods, and I seem to have some tolerance for butter, so I'll give the ghee a try. It is 97% fat, 3% water; no protein. I'm curious what sulfur compound butter contains if it doesn't contain sulfur amino acids, unless we are speaking of small amounts. Warmly, Lee
