Question about DMSA dosage

According to Andy Cutler, each increment of a dose for successive

rounds, should not be more than half the previous amount of dosage.

So, if I start DMSA at 6.25 approx, for the first round, does that

mean the next round cannot be 12.5, but should be around 10mg each?

My husband just finshed his first round of DMSA at 1/4 capsule of a 25

mg capsule each. We wanted to increase the amount for this second

round starting today. Can it be half the 25 mg capsule for each dose?
