Well I was just reading the label of this questionable bottle of

ALA and in little bold letters it says contains wheat/gluten.

Bingo! I've been gluten free for almost 4 months and then I start

injesting it round the clock for 3 days.

Glad you figured this out Val, and it makes sense too. I checked my bottle of

Kirkman's ALA and it is wheat/gluten free, so that must be it.----------Jackie
