Finally, thanks to the wise advise of a friend of mine, I have known of a shop in Madrid (http://www.manuelriesgo.com/) selling literally thousands of chemical products, by weight. There I have bought potassium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate and citric acid which, mixed at proportions 1:3:3 to provide a powder which should be more or less equivalent to Alka Seltzer.
