The difference in what is absorbed with food or without food won't be

large enough to make a large enough difference to blood levels to make

a difference to chelation.

With taking ALA every 3 h in the day, 4 h at night, it would be

difficult, maybe close to impossible, to always take on an empty

stomach.

People with adrenal problems need to eat frequently.
