I am used to exercsing/running 3-5 times per week. I ran a marathon 2

months before my diagnosis and tumor removal (Stage IV, met to liver) After

chemo round 5, I couldn't get up the strength to run at all, although I have

been hanging in there, averageing 2-3 times per week, as strength and the

chemo " cycle " allows. Decided I needed to give it a try this morning, one

week after round 6. Mangaged to stay upright for 43 minutes (I usually go

anywhere from 45 minutes to several hours), REALLY slow, breathing hard,

but, at least moving. When I got back to the house, I sat down and cried my

eyes out. (I'm not TOTALLY sure over what, however, but I guess there are

enough possible reasons) Will try again tomorrow.

Thanks for listening. Needed to share that, for some reason.

All the best,

Marty
