Bruce, I take Lyrica for both neuopathy and fibromyalgia. I have tried Neurontin and the other generic choices. They didn't help me at all. I call Lyrica my wonder drug. It has stopped so much of my pain. It made me sleepy when I first started taking it so I had to start with a very low dose and work up. I haven't tried the latest fibromyalgia med because they are expensive and my doctor hasn't prescribed them, Thank you for the link.
