I know we started this ordeal around the same time so cheers to the

better days for you

One thing that stephanie mentioned about your parasite cleanses. I

know there is a lot of powerful liver supps in many of these

concoctions, and I think in my case anyway it was too much trying to

combine parasite cleanses with chelation ...I found I could not

handle both the parasite cleanse supps along with the chelators..it

was way too much. I belive it was TK who suggested that i not combine

the parasite cleanses with the chelators for this reason.

I can only guess it was just too much for my liver. I have had very

good parasite cleansing results with just the chelators (dmps and ala

mostly now) and more gentle liver support (milk thistle and others

see below). BY this I mean, about once a month, my liver seems to

dump quite a large amount of these old dead liver fluke parasites

I am also doing castor oil packs and other liver support raw herbal

drinks that seem to be very soothing and cleansing for the

liver/blood at the same time . I had been doing tinctures but then

found out that the ones I was suing had a high alcohol component

which was bad for me. I also am taking cleavers (for lymph drainage

and doing rebounding which I think is helping get rid of the crud

from chelating)

I went extreme on my diet about a month ago and this has helped as

well..no sugars, no caffeine, no bread no processed foods...mostly

raw foods, in order to both try to deal with my yeast problems and

make things easier on my liver/kidneys/bowels/etc.

I believe these latter things (previous two paragarphs) has allowed

me to progress more quickly on my chelator increases and makes the

rounds easier..
