Guest guest
I went back to school and became a psychologist for just this reason - that was a bit of a mistake! Not really, I learned a lot, and a lot of what I was dealing with was psychological - but that wasn't the real problem. Notice that there have been a lot of psychodynamic explanations for autism too. Then parents started pushing the issue that there are physical problems that appear consistently with autism, and that those problems had never been considered. Today, it is the same with depression. There is now work looking at immunological aspects of depression, and they have been finding a lot of oxidative damage. On the road, can't write more, though I'd like to.
