2 misc. questions---improving quality of sleep + glutamine for gut healing

My husband has trouble with the quality of his sleep. He feels like he has no

problem falling

asleep, but has trouble staying asleep. He says he often wakes after a few

hours and has

trouble getting back to sleep. Multiply the problem if he has work problems on

his mind.

We are working on clearing his gut of some infections (yeast, H. pylori), and

hoping this takes

some strain off his adrenals. Any suggestions for improving sleep?

Next question. What about taking glutamine for gut healing? Any

contraindications I should

be aware of? Suggested dose for an adult? 100# kid?
