TK--- if you do proper testing and it shows hormones are low, supporting them can be beneficial, but do not guess and mess around without some testing, knowledge and help or yes you can make things worse. There are some things that can be tested and treated on your own [in some areas like US] thyroid, adrenals, hormones but you still need to know what you are doing first.
