Guest guest Posted July 24, 2001 Report Share Posted July 24, 2001 Ok - as part of the chucking therapy - my attic is curving under the pressure of first stuff I am about to stand up and admit to keeping a really embarassing first. When Caly was 18 months old it snowed - and we kept her first snowball. Does not deserve exclamation mark or anything. We kept this first snowball in our fridge for 5 years and it became a thorn in our side - we had a tiny freezer. The sad demise of this ball (what on earth was we going to do with it?)came when the freezer died and left us with an empty bag of water. Hopefully a couple of hundred mothers on this list are sighing with relief that they are not anywhere in the snowball park when it comes to obsessive collecting of firsts!!
