I have just phoned and rescued our removals from someone else trying to exchange today (poor things) and our letting agent is writing up contracts in time for Friday. I can now cancel the Van we had booked to move ourselves (just in case) and relax for about 10 mins before I start the rest of the packing. Thankyou all for your support and reassurance.
