Guest guest Posted March 27, 2008 Report Share Posted March 27, 2008 I've been doing that--exercising to music--but for only brief periods of 10-15 min. three times a week or so. Before I became really toxic, I was jogging three times a week, and noticed that I just didn't feel well afterward and the next day, I got a migraine. (Didn't know I was toxic at the time) According to the group here, exercising too much can also *cause* redistribution, so I guess moderation is the key? Hope this helps Robyn ~~~~~~~~~~~ A lot of people that I have met that are toxic on hair test seem to use exercise to 'stay well'. Sweating daily to rid metals. But I always wonder how long it will last and when the crash will come for that person. It may keep the body well, but the metals keep moving towards the brain and Central Nervous System.
