I like tea as well but it affects me in ways that coffee does not.

So I do not think it is caffeine. I think you are sensitive to

oxalates. Perhaps .... Tea is very high in oxalates - check out this

I think it has to do with calcium absorption in my case but that is

oversimplifying. Still, good, strong black tea just totally blows my

ability to concentrate, gets my feeling hyper in a very non productive

OCD type of way etc....
