Before I go (2).... PC doctor?

Both my old computers have collapsed and they're just sitting there. I

have invested in a new one, but don't want to throw them away, since

they still contain files I need and they just might be fixable. Does

anyone know of a (cheap) place where they do stuff like checking if

computers are worth fixing, help you get old files out for a small

fee, etc? A form of PC doctor?

Also have a scanner which may or may not be worth fixing, have tried

all the troubleshooting online but nothing works.
