It seems I've read on this forum that you could get ala from a

pharmacy. Is that right? Since it appears I need a very small

amount, 5 mg?, there's no way I can divide a larger dose accurately

myself. Does anyone here get their ala from a pharmacist at a lower

dose? Do you need a script?
