Guest guest
Dean, I believe for the grapefruit products that GSE (usually taken for yeast) works, and drinking grapefruit juice a few times a day is another option. I don't know why eating a grapefruit wouldn't work either.-----Jackie In frequent-dose-chelation cann7899 wrote: Dean > > What were the exact recommendations (dosages) for the oregano, niacinamide > and grapefruit please? ******* Here is what Andy said (I cut if from the report) ----I would suggest ruling out chemical sensitivity by trial therapy with phase 1 inhibitors such as niacinamide 500-1000 mg 3-4 times a day, oregano oil or products, and grapefruit products. Emulsified oregano oil 2 1 tablet 3x/day for 6 weeks, 1 daily thereafter Chemical sensitivity and yeast ( I actually take drop: 3 drops 3 to 5 times a day) Niacinamide 500-1000 mg 3-4 times a day Chemical sensitivity There were no instructions for grapefruit in Andy's report. ******* ------ > > And did you have the plasma cysteine test to diagnose sulphur problems, or > was it by elimination? **** I did not use the plasma cysteine test since I was under the impression that it no longer measured what it did years ago and that it was less valuable. I eliminated and solve the numbess issues. Andy did give me a list of sulfur foods and also a feingold diet list. Between the two my eating isn't that exciting and some foods that are suppose to be okay really don't do well with me, like artichokes and avacados. they produce mercury symptoms***** Hope this helps, Colette. > > Thanks, > Dean >
