As with most of us I am dealing with a wide assortment of problems

from mercury and lead. To go the long haul I need some supplement help

from you all.

Digestive Enzymes...suggestions on really good brands? Currently using

Enzymedica Digest.

Probiotics...just bought Nature's Way Optima with 35 billion of 14

strains. I wonder about the regrigerated strains...how do they survive

98.6 degree body temp? This brand was the only one with guaranteed

contents...the others said guaranteed at " time of encapsulation " ,

which wasn't the quality assurance I was looking for.

Micro-organism killers...HumaWorm vs Dr ia. At first glance I

like HumaWorm better because it has broad spectrum killing power

versus Dr ia. I want something that is antiparasite, antifungal,

and antibacterial. HumaWorm looks to be all that, but it would be

helpful to hear from others who have used it or heard of people who

used it.

I am dealing with other issues such as dysthymia, buttock carbuncles,

significant weight loss, poor energy, brain fog, etc. I should save

that for a different thread. For this one I would like to zero in on

the digestion, intestinal, parasite/candida stuff. Brand recommentions

would be most helpful. So many to choose from, and so little way to

know which are really good and which are a waste of money.

Chelation looks to be the longterm answer. In the meantime, I do need

some supplement and brand comments. Set for round 6.
