Guest guest
Hi Everyone, I just finished my first round of DMSA at 6mg every 3 hours for 3 days. I am six months post removal. Many of my symptoms were similar to those of Proudfoot. Felt better some of the time and worse some of the time. I had a feeling of tiredness and lightness in my chest some of the time. I dreamt more than usual and slept lightly, which is opposite of the usual when I am not chelating. I had very tender glands under my left arm, which is one of my mercury associated symptoms. I felt kind of euphorically zoned out with occassionaly brain fog. The beginning of chelation and the day after were the worst. I have had anaphylactic attacks after previous attempts at chelation using EDTA (not advised) and this time I had a very mild type of flushing in my ears which is part of the same spectrum of allergic reactions. I started at 6mg because of my concern about these attacks, so it looks like I picked a good starting dose. I will stay at this level for awhile and see what happens. Slow and steady is the way to chelate! I have heard about heavy metals in tatoos, particularly cadmium, and I got a lot of hits Googling for " tattoos " and " cadmium " . Anybody else have any experience dealing with this or know what you can do about it? Best of luck and health to all chelators, Dave --- sunshinep1969 danielproudfoot2001@...> wrote: > I have been amalgam free for 1.5 weeks now. > > I just completed my first round DMSA 12.5mg every 4 > hours for 3 > days, even waking at night.
