Thanks for your answer Yes it can be like a sigh but it is getting so severe that I am feeling pain when the diaphragm contracts. I sleep with oxygen at night because my oxygen level drops too low. The only medication I take is Prednisone. Inhalers do not help. At rest I am fine. I am 77 years old and still work part time. I am grateful for that.
