Perplexed about specific Adrenal protocols....Could someone please help?

How does one know if he needs Adrenal Extract, Licorice, or

Hydrocortisone for treating hypo-adrenal related symptoms? Do all

three support and rebuild the adrenals and ultimately which will work

best with someone with moderate to severe symptoms. I have done saliva

testing- and I am mildly depleted of cortisol 3 out of 4X's during the

24 hour period. At night cortisol is elevated (of course-I can's sleep)

I have read on all of these many times, but I still can't seem to

understand completely. I am thin and lost 8 lbs. since two years ago

and can't gain it back- I think this is adrenal related too-although

most people gain weight. (I've always been thin though) Any feedback

would be soooooooo appreciated. Thanks, Sidney
