We have two dishwashers; but that's because in a kosher kitchen you don't prepare, cook, or wash up meat and dairy dishes/pans/cutlery together. (based on the biblical dictate : " You should not cook a kid in its mother's milk " .) So most kosher kitchens have 2 sinks, and the fortunate have 2 dishwashers too; one for " milky " and one for " meaty " dishes. And *every* kosher kitchen will have two complete sets of utensils for cooking and eating. Only real glass,(ie not plastic or pyrex) which is non absorbent, is " neutral " and be used for either meat or milk. Ruthie
