Guest guest
What a great list, Chris!!! Thanks. My T3 has always been in the lower quadrant except for the one high T4, high T3 result when diagnosed with HyperT. Even when I've taken T3, it hasn't seem to noticeably alter my T3 blood work results. I take selenium supplements and eat plenty of the top selenium foods on the list. Any ideas? How are you doing? Hugs, Zoey Re: one whole day withoug my beta blocker Hi Pam - This is so exciting! I pray you are able to stay off of the betas. It will be great if we all could exchange our betas for hawthorne berries. Just try to keep calm and " don't sweat the small stuff " to help with this transition. Also I might suggest keeping your selenium intake low. It sure has made a world of difference to letting me lower my inderal dosage. I hope to dump it myself eventually. Definitely going to try to get some hawthorne. The selenium content in foods info, in case you're interested is here: http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/Data/SR15/wtrank/wt_rank.html Scroll down and click on " selenium " Best of luck to you!
