how many are on 50mg dmsa?

Hi I am still new and still getting to grips with everything, I have

done 2 rounds now of 3 days, one at 12.5mg and the second at 25mg with

no noticable side effects, how soon is considered reasonable to go to

50mg? are there any people on 50mg out there? would my third round be

too soon to try 50mg?
