Guest guest
Comments & thoughts will be sooo appreciated. These two, my add kid & his wife, have been working on getting supps " in place " since getting these tests. 3-ish weeks now. (As " the mom " I am having " happy dance " moments - supps got bumped into " priority mode " in a big way Their current list, (successfully added, so far)... milk thistle evening primrose Cod Liver Oil (fish oil in place previously - availability probs at moment) Vit E Zinc Magnesium, as epsom salts - baths/drink'g B Complex ....had selenium yeast - think'g it is problem, took it out for now. ....my son does take spirulina, " as needed. " not quite so often these days, every couple months or so... ***side note///we have made spirulina a " don't take it unless you can take it around the clock " type of supp...When I lived in the same town he does, I very much " needed " spirulina & did take it every 2- 3hrs every single day...after moving out of state, became less of a need, and about 3mo after move, I had my first " bad reaction " to spirulina...haven't taken since, but sure would if felt I needed it,yk? HAIR TESTS ************* My add kid's test results. He is 21yo. He has taken supps regularly, tho' not daily. Milk thistle, cal/mag/zinc, vit E, evening primrose, spirulina, have been his basic supps, over the past 5-10 years. I expected to see adrenal symptoms - the two up, two down for cal, mag, sod & pot - not there (??)...to me, his elements definitely indicate mercury...for him, fillings as a toddler & exposure to malathion a year/two yrs later would be big contributors...he has no metal fillings - his toddler fillings fell out within 6mos of being put in. She is 24yo. Again, a surprise, no adrenal signs??. She had her gall bladder removed while older teen, has had reoccuring thyroid problems, med during both preg. , currently being monitored for (liguid) cyst on thyroid, " needs " meat rather constantly (lots of eggs since meeting my kid, lol ....started taking supps after meeting my son - about 4yrs, same basics - except spirulina (bad bad instant reaction), same regularly, but not daily. (prenatal while preg, etc) ...she has 3-4 metal fillings - do assume mercury toxicity, and the hair test definitely looks to confirm that assumption.
