Guest guest Posted April 8, 2008 Report Share Posted April 8, 2008 I wanted to run this by you guys. I'm taking a TMG supplement. The supplement facts say " TMG (Trimethylglycine) (Betaine HCL) " . In this one supplement I am taking TMG for methylation and Betaine HCL for digestion – essentially killing two birds with one stone. I am taking one with breakfast and one with dinner.
