Yes, call a lawyer and they'll set it up for you. Make several copies the

lawyer will help you.

The way you are describing Hospice is not at all like my experience. Please

call her doctor and ask them to please assist you with this. This agency

doesn't seem very helpful and you so need it. Also you may want to call VNA

(Visiting Nurses) they may either come out or offer suggestions.

My sister had power of att. for my mother, the lawyer told her as

long as mother lived, she could pay things from the bank account, if

her name was on it. but as soon as mother died, the power stopped. So

to get around this, she my sister and i put our name on mothers bank

account, then took mothers name off. the bank let us do this, that way

we could continue to pay the bills after she was gone. you may look

into this.
