Guest guest
When your CT/PET comes back with no indication of tumors ANYWHERE This can be following chemo or surgery. This used to be called remission or being cancer free We now know that Cancer Free is probably not a good term since it only takes one cell to get the beast active again. My brother for example is 35 years NED after a Wilm's tumor w/lung mets at age 3. But... he still needs to be checked periodically and has had his colonoscopy since polyps run in our family. He also gets benign facial tumors that must be checked. The prevention and testing never end but with God's grace perhaps the disease will for all of us Narice
