Please see attached brochure for the upcoming May 2, American College of

Surgeons' Disaster Management Emergency Preparedness Course. The course

is scheduled for Sunday, May 2nd, 0730 to 1700. The course will be held

at Parkland Health & Hospital System, in the Ron J. Conference

Center which is located directly behind the cafeteria on the first floor

of Parkland.

Please note, if you are planning on attend, please complete the

registration form and fax back to . The syllabus material

will be mailed to you to facilitate your reading and preparation for the

course. You can turn in the check at the door or mail in.
