Looking for help with P-waves

Attached is a lead II and 12-lead for a 14 w/m with no previous hearth

issues and is completely asymptomatic. It appears, mostly visible in the

Lead II strips, that sometimes the p-wave accelerates and sometimes paces at

a normal rate. The patients anesthesiologist and surgeon had never seen this

before and were clueless as to the cause. Any thoughts from the group.
