Guest guest
I second the flashlight recommendation. I carry a Streamlight Stinger LED myself, love it and never leave the truck without it. Guest guest
Rob that is so far off base it barely deserves a comment. Guess what Firefighters make a far amount of $$ in Texas and frankly it's a noble profession that fed my kids and has served me well both as a career Firefighter and even as a VOLUNTEERT so I won't say what I am thinking right now out of respect for that fact. Guest guest
Exactly. Rings have no place on fiefighters or EMS workers' fingers. And that includes wedding bands. I watched a finger get degloved one day. Guy was on the fender of a cattle trailer and jumped off. Unfortunately, his wedding ring got caught in a tiny welding bead. He jumped, skin on finger stayed. It was fun watching the ER doc use his bone cutters to cut the rest of the finger off. Guest guest
You could always wear the ring on a chain around your neck. I know of many EMTs and FFs that do this and just tuck the chain in their shirt if they have a psych or Alzheimer's patient who may pull on it.
