Guest guest
As a species, we are usually over-salted--originally salt was used to preserve foods, and to pickle them---I follow a low-salt diet and that also minimizes the effect of Predni-sone, should I be prescribed it, as it causes sodium chloride retention and a rise inblood pressure!GOOOOOOOOOO! !Love to you, and to , Reb,nSubject: Re: Advise neededTo: MSersLife Date: Thursday, November 17, 2011, 10:53 PM nne, n, Sharon, Kate, Kathleen, , Jackie, (and I hope I didn't forget anyone),Thanks a lot for your replies regarding 's dizzyness! I have been away, in Gothenburg, helping her, that's why I have been "missing" here. She is better now, most of the times at least. It could be a lot of things, of course, including a common virus. And high blood pressure could cause dizzyness too, in 's case that's not a possibility however, as she is monitoring her blood pressure (because it was a little bit too high a few years ago). She lowered her blood pressure remarkingly fast and effective by just minimizing her use of salt in her food – amazing how a thing like that could have that much effect. Thank you all for your concern and feedback! love /Reb>> Excellent advise !> > > Sharon> This email is a natural hand made product. She had been extremely tired al day too. I was not feeling too good either (just the cold I got last week), so we went to bed really early (around 6pm), and slept well and undisturbed all night long ( even took a later train than usual, meaning we could "sleep in" until 4.30am). > >> >> > felt better, a little bit less tired at least, and not sick either (and she never did need to throw up during). And today the dizzyness has been increasing, so much so that she had to go lay do wn at work during the morning, and then go back "home" to the hotel. She doesn't think she will be able to go to work tomorrow either. At least not physically go there, she is thinking she might be able to do some work over the phone and on her laptop.> >> >> >This could very well be just anything (or, well, just any kind of vertigo at least...), but I was wondering if it could be an MS-relapse too.
