Christmas request

The plan is to finish all Christmas shopping this week, and be done with it when the Advent season begins, so we have been asking for wish lists a little early this year. And one that will be very easy to fulfill is Pixie's (my niece, 3 years old). She called the other morning and the conversation went:P: It's Pixie calling HERSELF!Me: Really? Pixie herself?! P: Yes, because I can use the phone myself now.Me: Well, that's good! But wouldn't you rather talk on the computer [i tend to find her easier to understand in a video chat, than over the phone, so that's how we usually talk]P: Yes... but we are on the subway now, so we don't have the computer now. We're going to see my cousins. I woke up this morning, and then we had to go. "Hurry up!, mom said. Maybe we can talk on the computer there?Me: Sure, if we are still at home then.P: But anyway... I am calling to tell you what I wish for Christmas.Me: And what is that?P: I want a gift wrapped present.Me: A gift wrapped present? Well, sure...I think we could manage that. But what should the gift wrapped present be?P: It should be a gift wrapped present, with gift wrapping paper on it. --Now there's a Christmas gift that shouldn't be too hard to come by... The plan is to give her a little gift bag with many small gift wrapped things inside (things like candy, pens, tiny books etc). And the "real" presents on the side (a book and some clothes her mom said she needed). Gift wrapped too, of course...love/Reb - wishing everybody a happy and peaceful holiday season!
