I had a special request from my little 9 year old granddaughter, , for meatloaf. So I made meatloaf for dinner. For lunch the 15 year old granddaughter begged for homemade macaroni and cheese. Tomorrow for lunch it will be the ultimate comfort food banquet of leftover meatloaf and mac and cheese. How much homier can it get? lololWhat was for dinner at your house?hugs SharonThis email is a natural hand made product. The slight variations in spelling and grammar enhance its individual

Sounds delightful!!!

Last night we had pork chops and roast yam. Not sure what I will

make tonight, haven't decided yet.

Akiba

Tonight we are going to our

cousins for a family night.  She

will be preparing lots of stuff hard

to describe, but I will try.  Dolma,

which is grape leaves stuffed with

rice, onion and lots of spices done

with olive oil.  For main dish there

will be lamb baked in the oven.

There will be lots of entrees made

with olive oil like pito beans,

stuffed green peppers, loafs made

with red lentils and bulghur.  Its

going to be fun, we will be 12

people in total.

Hugs,

Nukhet

My husband 'won' a large (I think a bit over 20 lbs) turkey from the grocery store. When you have $300 in spending at ShopRite, you can either get a ham or turkey, or lasagna. 1st night was turkey, homemade cranberries and stuffing; 2nd night turkey with pasta, corn in a butter garlic sauce. Last night was turkey sandwiches. Now I think we are all 'turkey-ed' out, so time to come up with something completely different for dinner!lol. It's really cold here, so time to start on homemade soups. Maybe I'll try my hand at homemade bread, though mine usually don't come out that well. Any suggestions? Do ya'll have breadmachines/makers? I heard they are pretty fail-proof. That's what I need--something fail-proof!love you all,Kate

I’ve made hash with diced cooked beef – why not with turkey?

Fry together diced cooked potatoes, diced cooked turkey, diced onion ( + anything else that sounds good) and then serve it with catsup.

Enjoy -
