Guest guest
having a panic attack and don't know why. Went to the book store (a place that I love) and suddenly it hit. My stomache is in knots and I am crying. Stopped to pick up dinner after buying 3 books ( hard to find something I have not read .... btw I hate romance) and still paniced. I am working now after 11 weeks unemployed ( only got $200 from EI anyway) and this week was my first full paycheck (not including the day for the stat holiday). I am freaking out!!! Having trouble breathing.
Guest guest
Sit down and take some deep breaths. Think of something or someplace you would like to be and concentrate on it. If your breathing is too bad call 911. You are in my prayers.
