TerriDo you have a GPS to guide you? Perhaps that would help. I'm glad to hear your checks went through okay. Does it usually come on the 1st? One of my checks comes the 14th and the other one the third Wednesday so we'll see about those. PT sounds interesting. my SSI checks were deposited. did the PT thing today. he's getting quite inventive with my routines. grapevines what's up with that?

simply explained left leg forward, right leg behind the left. I keep this up for around 25', then do a 180 and go the other way. I can actually do this without falling. kinda of proud of myself. plus a whole bunch of other crap. Weights are @ 70 lbs 2 sets of 15.

That activity reminds me of "Greek The Saler Dance" I used to do at the Greek dances

I tried to get to Lowe's after PT and got lost. My sense of direction Sucks.

So turned around to head for home and stopped a fruit, veggies. I love fruits specially when they in season. I could keep eating the peaches & plums but smart enough to not stuff myself. my arms and legs are so sore. time take my med's and go to sleep!!!

..'s GPS needs updating .. okay so it still works but the female voice he uses drives me up a wall! Anyhoo, glad you've still got your PT and your checks arrived. I'm getting frequent updates from CNN and hoping something positive is passed in time ... hugs, Cait

I'm hoping since the payments that come in on the third are processed on the first, I'll still get my disability payment.  Crossing my fingers.  I'm glad that they are at least working through the weekend, but I'm afraid with all the partisan bickering it won't get done in time (yes, I'm blaming both parties for this, they've been working on it for over a month).

70 lb weights? I am SO impressed and a bit envious also, Terri.That is awesome--you go girl!I'm glad your checks went through; that is really good news.I love the fresh fruit stands also. I wish I could say that was the arms. My arm weights are 40 lbs.

when I use both arms and 50 lbs when I'm working on "core"

I'm just having my fruit right 1 peach 1 plum both are large now as I'm typing/watching TV
