Guest guest Posted July 30, 2011 Report Share Posted July 30, 2011 MSer's my SSI checks were deposited. did the PT thing today. he's getting quite inventive with my routines. grapevines what's up with that? simply explained left leg forward, right leg behind the left. I keep this up for around 25', then do a 180 and go the other way. I can actually do this without falling. kinda of proud of myself. plus a whole bunch of other crap. Weights are @ 70 lbs 2 sets of 15. That activity reminds me of "Greek The Saler Dance" I used to do at the Greek dances I tried to get to Lowe's after PT and got lost. My sense of direction Sucks. So turned around to head for home and stopped a fruit, veggies. I love fruits specially when they in season. I could keep eating the peaches & plums but smart enough to not stuff myself. my arms and legs are so sore. time take my med's and go to sleep!!!
