Hi CaitI hope you haven't picked up a bug of some sort. The stuffy nose is a worry. Are you feeling better today? We make guacamole several different ways. Last night it was the avocados, a bit of sour cream, lemon juice, a bit of red chilie flakes, salt and garlic salt. Then we mix it up all smooth with our Braun. Another way I love is to not mix it up smooth but to leave it chunky. That's my favorite but others in the house like it smooth. Another way is to put chopped up fresh tomatoes in the chunky style and a bit of finely chopped green onions. I don't have any recipes with measurements. We just throw it together.

I should re-read the Grafton books. With my memory it would be totally new anyway:) lolhugs SharonThis email is a natural hand made product. ..No idea why I feel sort of lousy Sharon. My left leg has been driving me crazy but I'm also kind of nauseated and my nose is stuffy. And today I'm freezing! I feel like turning the furnace on but I'm too cheap to do that. Sweaters work just as good.

Now someone please tell me what Braggs is and does and where you get it because I've never even heard of it before.

Next, would you please share a good recipe for guacamole? We don't even have a Mexican restaurant here except for Taco Time which doesn't say much. I've made it a few times but it's not as good as I've tasted south of the border.

Oh and Sharon, I started reading Grafton's novels with A. I never read that one before so my memory is slipping a wee bit. For some reason it's kind of hard to get into tho .... hugs, Cait

I'm sorry to hear you have an upset

the stuff will literally save lives. It tastes a bit like beef

broth, and as such, for me, is a comfort food, since my mom used

to give me beef broth when my tummy was upset when I was a wee

tot. It is very strong, so a squeeze or two in a cup of hot water

makes a lovely hot drink. It can also be used in place of soy

sauce, and is great squirted over rice.
