..Hilarious as always Looking at the size of that net, what does Herb hope to catch ... the Loch Ness Monster ? I'd have a really difficult time netting a fish with that too! Glad you had a good time and btw you could always make turtle soup.

I wish I could fish with you and your sister. is so serious ... we drive over 2 hrs on bumpy roads or what used to be roads, to get to his 'secret' lake which of course is only a secret in "his" head. It's full of boats already but of course they're not reallly there because nobody else is supposed to know about the place. Then getting the boat in the water requires so many "just in case" things it takes another hour before we get in the water. Finally get our rods baited and ready and "pull them in" ... he has a problem with the fish finder or the trolling motor or something. But he always has a problem!

Finally start catching fish and he keeps telling me to reel in cause the fishfinder says there aren't any fish there. Well what the heck did I just catch??? In other words, the only "good" places are where fish are marked and catches. Often I reel my line in cause I feel sorry for him not catching and the fish still bite my line!

Then he has to complain about all the 'stuff' he had to carry from truck to boat and back, having to help me bring fish (I don't need any friggin' help thank you very much) and we head back on the long bumpy road to home. At which point I leave the guys to put the 'stuff' away LOL ... hugs, Cait
