Interesting piece on todays aero-medical transport. Shows the high cost of this

service and how it is often " mis-used " . It brings to mind the rural area that I

live in that often fly pts. only to have them released a few hours later. Have

we lost our pt. assessment skills or are we too " busy " to drive them an hour

away.
