I guess I can look at the positives, I had 30 good years and raised 2 beautiful daughters . So here I sit alone but in my mind I was able to do that at least?? Now, I need to kick myself in the butt and get on my bike instead of just sitting here at this computer but need to stick myself with my Avonex first maybe take a dose of Baclofen and neurontin first?? Guest guest Posted January 3, 2012 Report Share Posted January 3, 2012 I decided to get back to exercising last summer. I did leg lifts and after a few months my knees hurt and I had to quit. I bent at my waist and touched my toes and my lower back started hurting. I did "arm circles" and after a few months my shoulders started hurting.
