Guest guest
Sharon I am so sorry to hear about the spasms. You are in my prayers. I know if you get charlie horses in the legs they say you are low on potassium and are supposed to eat some bananas. I don't know if that would help or not. Guest guest
Thanks nne. Unfortunately, MS spasms are different and mine have never responded to the remedies for regular charley horses. My neuro explained MS spasms as "a charley horse times a thousand." And that's a pretty darned good description! hugs SharonThis email is a natural hand made product. Guest guest
Maybe it sounds simplistic, Sharon, but what about simply icing then heating the area. It may just interrupt the signals the brain is sending. When I had horrible priprism, my neuro suggested I put oragel on my private parts. He said I know it sounds strange, but it should help. I tried it, reluctantly, and it did work. Sorry if I gross anyone out about this, it is just my two cents. Please post back and let us know about the spasms. I hope they resolve soon.love you my friend,KateSubject: bad spasmsTo: "Group" <mserslife >Date: Monday, January 2, 2012, 2:19 AM I haven't had spasms in a long time. Until this evening. Guest guest
The spasms have eased off now. Thank goodness! I was careful to keep my legs warm and that helped. hugs SharonThis email is a natural hand made product.
