Lou You are right. I worked in LA Co. for several years. And yes, nothing has

really changed except, you may work up to your first round of ACLS meds then you

have to call the M.A.C. or your Receiving Hospital for further orders. Check Out

the protocols at Los Angeles County EMSA. You will be astonished.
