Guest guest
YOu can go from Tysabri to Gilenya, but not Gilenya to Tysabri, because Gilenya is considered an immunosuppresant - which greatly increases your risk of PML if you are JC +. I'm going to be starting Tysabri soon. I see my doc next Monday and start the copaxone washout period, but I don't know how long it has to be. Tina Good luck Dan with making the right choices for your body. Are you off LDN now? There are several on the group who are on Tysabri and several on Gilenya. I can't remember which member had information about both. My memory is bad but I do recall you can be on one and then go to other but not the opposite. LOL... now that helped, didn't it? hugs SharonThis email is a natural hand made product. It turns out there is new activity on the C2 area of the spine. So, I will go back onto a DMT soon. I had been on Copaxone for 4 years but that didn't slow the relapses. Then, I was taking LDN for 1 1/2 years with no slow down in progression. We narrowed our next choices to tysabri or Gilenya (fingolimod). Anyone here on Gilenya? Any comments on it? I think Kate is on tysabri. Anyone else?Dan U dao_nguu@...
