My mom was there for a checkup on her partial knee replacement, so they slipped my 1 year anniversary checkup in a month early so I wouldn't have to make the 8 hr drive (there and back) the next month! Was good to see them both. I asked about your status, but they (not handling the insurance part of it) didn't know where you stood. Before surgery, you should just try to keep in as good shape as you can. Being that it's not that far away, just relax and think happy thoughts. I'm here and you have my phone number if you have any questions about post-surgery. Of course, if it is a serious concern that you have, you should call Lee Webb. She will give you her pager number when you are there. She is so wonderful. Believe me, there is now light at the end of that tunnel and I promise it is NOT a train! My father has such trouble with his knee and has been told he need a knee replacement but isn't interested in going throu " THAT " surgery. He wants something for knees like I have a Surface replacement for my hip.
