Ok, I have had this thing going on for months. Heat. When I sleep. I sleep au natural, and drape a thin, cotton sheet over the, well, the necessary parts. I will wake up at 3-4 a.m and no part of my body can touch any other part of my body. No crossing legs, ankles, or even touching feet. No hand on my waist. I burn. Every part of me burns. If I lie with my legs apart I can sometimes stand the pain, the burning. If they touch, it feels like heat. Big heat. Anyone else have this?
