Guest guest
Yo, Surfers one and all. Thoughts and questions: There have been a number of posts about the possible dangers of flossing. If my understanding and experience of dental issues is correct, bleeding occurs in flossing for one of two reasons: 1) poor, over-aggressive technique; or 2) Gingivitis, or a similar periodontal infection. Flossing, then, may actually reveal presence of infection before it becomes otherwise apparent. This is a good thing, in terms of treating dental infection/inflammation, that might compromise a prosthesis. I'd think the real story about flossing is that you should be doing more of it...not less. The question: Does anybody have experience of CIGNA PPO coverage of resurfacing?
